Students’ residence halls
In the city of Leiria, there are three female and one male residences (385 beds), in Caldas da Rainha there is one female and one male residences (222 beds) and in the city of Peniche we have a mixed male and female residence (45 beds) and the Hotel School (48 beds).
The rooms of the student residence halls are equipped with beds, desks, wardrobes and cupboard. They also have central heating and computer room. All students are provided linens. The laundry is free of charge and provided by the Student Support Service, and students can use the self-service, for their personal laundry (washing and drying). The residences also offer alternative spaces for study and socializing.
Students have free access to the internet through the wireless network.
Pousadinha JOSÉ SARAMAGO
The Social Services built the Pousadinha José Saramago with the objective of providing an alternative space to the homes of students, for teachers and guests of the IPL (IPLeiria). The Pousadinha is situated in a privileged space, with the Headquarters of IPLeiria, near the city center.
With a capacity for 40 people in single, double or twin rooms, the Pousadinha provides a suitable environment for teachers who wish to visit us. All rooms have private bathroom, TV and central heating. There is here a living room and a room for breakfast service.
This service also allows you to meet the request of occasional accommodation to students enrolled in master’s courses and distance learning.
